Tung Sai Siu 東西燒

“Tung Sai Siu ( 東西燒 )” is our first shop opened in Mongkok, Hong Kong in 2001. It took the hospitality sector by storm with a wildly popular barbecue chicken wing skewers take-away shop using its in-house built innovative rotisserie equipment called the “RoboQ”.

The extremely rare original Hong Kong designed unique barbecue equipment coupled with its stellar business performance (average of 1500 skewered whole chicken wings, 600 barbecue skewers and 350 barbecue food meals a day) attracted huge TV and media interests for interviews, giving the business enormous publicity.
